ikiwiki bootstrap theme udated for version 3
I’ve updated the ikiwiki heme that I use here. It’s now based on Bootstrap version 3.0.0. I’ve also cleaned it up a bit (for example, to use CDNs to get bootstrap and jQuery) and published it on GitHub.
